Oxin Vira (registered as Oxin Vira Teb) is an Iranian software company headquartered at Milad Tower in Tehran. We design and build enterprise-grade software solutions for healthcare, education, and business.
What started in 2003 as a small group under the name Oxin Rayan (with the internal group name RadRayan) has grown into a company with more than 100 software products and custom solutions delivered across hospitals, clinics, public organizations, and enterprises.
Our flagship portfolio includes solutions for hospital quality and patient safety, electronic medical records, learning management, enterprise portals, business management, and online appointment systems. Today, our products serve more than 100,000 healthcare professionals across Iran, with 50+ public and private organizations relying on our OxinLMS platform alone.

Started as a small software group under the internal name RadRayan — with the first portal design.
Designed and produced our first clinic and practice management system.
Launched the online appointment system for physicians (VBOOK) and began designing what would evolve into VBMS.
Designed and produced our hospital indicators monitoring system — the foundation of the PAYESH suite.
Launched OxinLMS — our hospital learning management system. The RadRayan group name was retired.
Formally registered as Oxin Vira Teb in Tehran. Also launched VPE — our patient education system.
Released VBMS, our integrated mini-ERP for small and medium businesses.
Added a WHO 5 Moments–based hand hygiene compliance module to the PAYESH suite.
Launched our comprehensive hospital feedback and patient safety platform.
Released our hospital committee management module, completing the PAYESH quality suite.
